Just a couple of hours for discovering a big city, Buenos Aires, as seen from the river during day hours…and at night.
And if you can span your free time for a weekend, why not have a look at our sister shore, the Uruguay Republic? Nice white beachs and forests at Riachuelo, or perhaps one of the Humankind’s Historic Patrimony, the old Colonia del Sacramento, or both together?
And if you plan for a different vacations take a long cruise visiting some of the most beautiful harbours in uruguayan waters: San Juan, Colonia, Riachuelo, Sauce, Buceo (Montevideo), Piriápolis and even Punta del Este.

Sailing Rio de la Plata : Coastal Sailing Trip
You will be able to admire the beauty of the Buenos Aires city shore as seen from the inner river.
Watch the luxurious glass and bricks skyscrapers of Puerto Madero, the BA harbour, the urban airport, the Fishermen Club, the Monumental River Plate soccer stadium and the University Campus, among many other features.
It's a two and a half hour trip and a beverage is going to be served aboard. Optional an Extended Coastal Sailing Trip of four and a half hour trip.
The base port both for departure and arrival is Puerto Madero.

You will be able to admire the beauty of the Buenos Aires city shore as seen from the inner river.
Watch the luxurious glass and bricks skyscrapers of Puerto Madero, the BA harbour, the urban airport, the Fishermen Club, the Monumental River Plate soccer stadium and the University Campus, the Vicente López coast with several mansions and private woods, San Isidro hills, sportboats marines, the Luján river and the outer shore of the Delta river, one of the three biggest deltas in the world.
Eight and a half hour navegation, from 9:30 hr, including beverages and an optional mariners'lunch.

Night Sailing
Another point of view of the majestic city of Buenos Aires. Two and a half hour tour departing at dusk to see the Sun being “devoured” by the skyscrapers. We will return at night. Summer departure and arrival is in BA downtown. A beverage will be served on board.

Sailing to Uruguay
We will be departing from Buenos Aires downtown at sunrise. We’ll hoist sails and hope to be in Colonia’s sportboats harbour or in Riachuelo's Creek in the afternoon, after the 50 kilometers between both cities have been sailed through the widest river in the world, the Río de la Plata.
Colonia is a colonial portuguese stiled city with a fort, lighthouse, stone paved streets, forests and beatiful beaches.
Overnight can be possible aboard our vessel or, if you prefer, (at additional cost) a hotel. Next day, we’ll be sailing back to BA, with an estimated time of arrival about late afernoon.
Not included in the fare, and of course optional, you can enjoy a sailors’lunch, dinner and beverages aboard.

What an opportunity either to brush up your knowledgments about sailing or, may be, learning the ropes from the very beggining! It would be an easy matter, because you will be closely helped by our several times award winners in major regattas, the skipper and professional crew.
You may sleep at night onboard or, in some ports, if available, in an hotel (also, not included in the fares).
