Reservation Payment:
|
Rentals must be 3 days or longer. A 25% deposit of the total rent is required through www.paypal.com Please do not make a payment before contacting LivinginBaires to verify if property is available.

As is our policy, your reservation deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel or change your confirmed reservation after 24 hrs, LivinginBaires will not be held responsible for cancellations or modifications of your stay for ANY REASON.

Rental Agreement Payment:
|
|
Check-Ins are at 3PM - Monday to Saturday. Check-Outs are before 12PM midday. There are no check-ins on Sunday except with special arrangements by LivinginBaires.
|
|
|
Upon your arrival, a company representative from LivinginBaires will
meet you at the apartment to sign the rental contract agreement and
to receive the remainder of your balance and the security deposit.
|
|
|
These payments are to be made at that time and in CASH in US
Dollars. Please be sure to have with you the necessary funds in CASH
before your arrive at the apartment. We cannot turn over the keys
until the guest has paid the balance of the total amount in full (the
rental fee plus the security deposit). If you choose to pay the total with check or credit card, any financial transaction fees will be deducted from the security deposit.

Payments for accommodation are non-refundable. If you decide to
shorten the length of your stay, previously made payments will not be
refunded.

Security Deposit:
|
|
When you sign the rental agreement you will also sign a copy of the
inventory. The guest will provide a security deposit that is kept on
file until the guest's departure.
|
|
|
The security deposit is returned at the end of the stay, provided that there
are no damages and the apartment is left in good condition. Prior to your
departure we will schedule a time to meet at the apartment to confirm the apartment's condition and return the deposit.
|
|
|
For rentals up to 30 days: the security deposit is equal to half a
month's rental rate. One to six-month rentals: the security deposit is
equal to one month's rental fee. More than six months rental: the
security deposit is equal to two months rental fee.

|
Security deposits will be refunded same way LivinginBaires have received it.

All landlords or LivinginBaires have the right to not allow tenants into their properties. In the event that this occurs, LivinginBaires will make alternative arrangements for you.

|
The use of the property in a careless, unruly manner or by having more people than the number allowed will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement. If you wish to invite more guests, a written request must be submitted to LivinginBaires. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge additional fees or penalties depending on the situation.
|
|
|
The tenant agrees that if during the time of stay, a neighboring building/construction should start, it will not be a cause to initiate claim or termination for this reason.
