TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations are made with a 30% "reservation deposit" of the total amount. We use PayPal.com to receive deposit funds or a transfer to our bank account.*

As is our policy, your reservation deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation.
Livinginbaires will not be held responsible for cancellations for ANY REASON.

At the day of arrival, we will meet you at the apartment to sign the rental contract agreement. At that time you should pay the full amount remainder and the security deposit.

All these payments are to be made at that time and in CASH in US Dollars. Please be sure to have with you the necessary funds in CASH before your arrive at the apartment. We cannot turn over the keys until the guess has paid the balance of the total amount in full (the rental fee plus the security deposit).

Payments for accommodation are non-refundable. If you decide to shorten the length of your stay, previously made payments will not be refunded.

When you sign the rental agreement you will also sign a copy of the inventory. The guest will provide a security deposit that is kept on file until the guest's departure.

The security deposit is, of course, returned at the end of the stay, provided that there are no damages and the apartment is left in good condition. Prior to your departure we will schedule a time to meet at the apartment to confirm the apartment's condition and return the deposit.

For rentals up to 30 days: the security deposit is equal to half a month's rental rate. Between 1-month rental and 6 months rental: the security deposit is equal to 1 month's rental fee. More than 6 months rental: the security deposit is equal to 2 months rental fee.

All landlords have the right to decide not to allow tenants into their properties. In the event that this occurs, we will make alternative arrangements for you. The use of the property by more than the number of allowed persons will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement.
